Blaise Newman was a longtime JWT Detroit executive who died in early 2002. His collection (02-227) (7254 items, 15.6 lin. ft.; dated [1964]-2002 and n.d., bulk 1979-1999) contains primarily reader files, internal and external memoranda, press and news releases, and printed material collected and used by Newman during his advertising career. Also includes anniversary awards and other JWT memorabilia; videotapes, including client spots; and various other office and human resources correspondence, memoranda, and policies and procedures. Acquired as part of the John W. Hartman Center for Sales, Advertising & Marketing History.
